Planning a low-cost visit

A trip to Devi’s Fall is not expensive in itself, but the costs sit in different places than people expect: mostly transport, food and the separate cave, rather than anything the waterfall charges.

Sources checked: 26 October 2026

Where the money goes on a short trip

On a short visit, the real spending is usually transport to and from Chhorepatan, anything you eat or drink nearby, and admission to the cave if you visit it as well. The waterfall and the cave are separate destinations with separate arrangements.

Because no verified ticket price or fare is available here, this page describes the categories rather than quoting figures that could be out of date.

Habits that keep a day cheap

Most savings come from decisions made before you leave, not from haggling on the day.

  • Agree transport fares in advance rather than after arriving.
  • Carry your own water instead of buying drinks at every stop.
  • Eat at an ordinary local place rather than a site-side outlet.
  • Visit the waterfall and the cave as two stops in one trip rather than two separate journeys.
  • Keep a small cash reserve for the return leg.

Why no prices are printed here

Fares, meals and any admission change over time, and none of them has been verified for this page. Printing a number would create a false expectation and could mislead you at the counter.

Ask at the point of payment instead. That way you get the current figure rather than a remembered one.

Access decides whether the day happens

There is no point budgeting for a visit that cannot take place. Google Maps listed the waterfall as temporarily closed when checked on 26 October 2026. No current management confirmation of the reason, reopening date, hours or fee has been verified.

Confirm access first, then spend on transport. If entry is not possible, redirect the day’s budget toward another Pokhara stop rather than waiting at the gate.

Your data

This information site has no accounts, bookings or contact forms. Google Maps loads separately and uses Google’s own policies.

GA4 may start immediately after permission is successfully stored and verified. Cookie settings lets you withdraw; it cannot recall data already sent. Local storage records the choice; a session refusal helps keep this tab off after a storage failure. Failure feedback explains whether a stored grant may remain.

Hosting may process technical request logs and inject an independent Cloudflare performance beacon. The GA choice does not control that beacon; script presence alone does not prove a particular visit transmitted data. The service worker caches same-origin pages and resources for offline use.
