Getting there · arriving by vehicle
Parking and drop-off
Whether you can park near the waterfall, and where a vehicle may legally stop, are things this page cannot confirm. What it can do is set out how to plan around that uncertainty.

Why parking cannot be promised
No verified parking capacity, bay, charge or permitted stopping point near Devi’s Fall is recorded here. Visitor-site parking in Pokhara changes with redevelopment, road works and how busy the day is.
A map pin marks a place on a map, not a legal space to leave a vehicle. Treat any older description of parking as a memory, not a current arrangement.
Planning a drop-off
If you are being driven, the drop-off is easier to manage than parking, but it still needs to be settled with the driver.
- Agree the drop-off point before you set off and keep it flexible on arrival.
- Ask the driver to stop only where it is safe and permitted, even if that means a short walk.
- Take your belongings with you rather than leaving them in the vehicle.
- Agree the pickup point and time for the return leg.
- Expect the area around a busy site to be congested at peak hours.
If you are driving yourself
Drive in expecting to look for a legal space rather than assuming one, and be ready to park further away and walk. Local advice on the day is more useful than any plan made in advance.
Do not leave a vehicle where it blocks a road, a path or a resident’s access, and never on ground that looks soft or freshly disturbed.
Access is still the first check
Solving parking does not solve entry. Google Maps listed the waterfall as temporarily closed when checked on 26 October 2026. No current management confirmation of the reason, reopening date, hours or fee has been verified.
Confirm that the site is receiving visitors before you commit to a vehicle trip, so you are not searching for parking for a place you cannot enter.

Getting to the fall from Pokhara’s airport
